After flying all night, this is how I spent my 3-hour lay-over at the airport. Cold and uncomfortable? Yes. No matter.
Even when I'm not pregnant, I love my sleep. But it's an overwhelming thing these days. I mean, I do get plenty. But I always want more. The more I get, the more I want. In a funny turn-around yesterday, one member of our bishopric made a comment about how he caught me snoozing during Sacrament Meeting. I wasn't really sleeping, but I did close my eyes for a couple of minutes. I figured I would just look like I was being deeply spiritual, but I guess he wasn't fooled. I'm not too bothered by my addiction. But it does surprise me how much sleep a body can crave.

Get it now...while you can...before baby comes!

I think that is much healthier and less fattening than my addictions these days: fresh bakery donuts and brownies.
Maybe more sleep would help my situation? Or maybe you should try my addictions and see if the sugar high keeps you up...
O.K. I've obviously missed several of your recent blogs. I'm playing catch up this morning. How come you are so much like your mother??!! Actually, maybe this is a multi-generational thing as Grandma James has been quoted as saying, "Sleep is a luxury of life!" And I will second that motion!! I love it, too!!
